This project manager role will be responsible for the successful tracking and resolution of product lifecycle topics including quality issues, product revision changes, and coordinating stock delivery escalations.

This position will be a member of the product team and will interface with Quality, Logistics, and Development groups.

Success will be characterized by:
•Effective communication and organization of concurrent activities
•Collaboration across multiple teams
•Alignment with corporate processes and guidelines

Products are geared towards high reliability industrial Ethernet communication infrastructure.
•Manage both internal and external efforts of product lifecycle management, brand label and development projects, according to the corporate Product Creation Process.
•Ensures that quality issues are tracked and resolved.
•Maintain pertinent design documentation and follow corporate development standards and procedures (including but not limited to):
Requirements and specifications 
Risk lists, mitigation and contingency plans 
Technical reviews and test reports 
Milestone checklists
•Proactively identifies changes in product availability for Planning and Logistics.
•Works closely with Engineering Group Leaders and Product Managers with responsibility in appropriately prioritizing available resources as necessary to support mutually agreed Goals and Objectives
•Actively lead project team to resolve project issues while fostering a professional environment.
•Active collaboration with alll stakeholders (Organization leadership, product management, manufacturing, engineering, production, purchasing, test, etc.).
•Global communication and coordination with colleagues in Taiwan, Germany, and North America.
•4 year BS degree in a related engineering field (electrical, mechanical, firmware).
•Proven ability to successfully manage projects within a structured environment
•Internal and external customer-facing communication skills.
•Prior experience/understanding of:
oMilestone, Stage-Gate, and/or Phased-Gate development processes
oInterfacing with external contractors
oEngineering / revision change process
oInternational supply chain logistics
•Must possess:
oA strong sense of priorities, understanding ‘bottleneck’ issues and multi-tasking optimization opportunities.
oAbility to drive/direct resolution of project issues.
oStrong troubleshooting / failure analysis skills
oExcellent written and verbal communications skills.
•Displays proficiency in the following global competencies:
